Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products purchased on sale or promotion (unless defective)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
